April 25, 2018 – UC Cyber Security Summit at UC Santa Cruz

The fifth biannual UC Cyber Security Summit was held on April 25, 2018 at the UC Santa Cruz campus. Nearly 120 University of California personnel gathered in the lovely restored Cowell Ranch Hay Barn but the topics where far from rustic. This summit builds on our interest in systemwide resiliency by focusing on adapting to every-changing practices for using information. UC leaders and industry experts discussed balancing between demand and protection, preparing for cultural shifts, and altering our perspectives to create better solutions.
